About Sean
Sean O’Neill represents emerging growth companies at all stages, as well as venture capital firms and strategic investors that finance and acquire these companies. In addition to providing strategic counseling to his clients, Sean’s practice encompasses venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Cooley, Sean was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. While attending the University of Michigan Law School, Sean served as president of the Entertainment, Media, and Arts Law Students Association and was an associate editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review.
