About Sela
Sela represents emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle – from formation and funding to mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Additionally, she provides guidance on corporate governance issues and advises venture capital clients on financing transactions.
During law school, Sela served as a managing editor of the Florida Law Review. Before law school, she was a foundational team member at a tech startup, an experience that inspired her to pursue a legal career dedicated to supporting startups and entrepreneurs in their efforts to create meaningful innovation and market value.
