Shannon Gallagher

Shannon Gallagher is chief human resources officer and responsible for all aspects of Cooley’s human resource management, policies, practices and operations.

Shannon, who has 25+ years of HR experience, is part of the firm’s senior management team and focused on meeting the human capital needs of the firm operating in 12 offices across the US, London and China.

The team she leads handles all of the HR functions for the firm, including employee relations and retention, management and staff training and development, compensation, performance management, health & welfare benefits, wellness programs, retirement benefits and workplace safety programs.
