About Sharon
Sharon is a special counsel in Cooley’s antitrust and competition practice group. Her practice focuses on antitrust counseling and the defense of corporate clients in connection with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience representing clients through the merger review process before the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice, state attorneys general and foreign antitrust enforcement authorities. Sharon has particular skill counseling clients on obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and preparing HSR Act filings for mergers, acquisitions, financings, private equity transactions and minority investments in the dynamic life sciences and technology industries.
