About Shaun
Shaun represents emerging and high-growth companies throughout all stages of the corporate life cycle. His practice encompasses a diverse range of matters, including formation, day-to-day corporate governance, venture financings and mergers & acquisitions. Shaun also advises venture capital investors in financing transactions, particularly in the technology sector. In addition, Shaun counsels public companies and their boards on governance and securities issues, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, Exchange Act reporting, annual meetings and shareholder activism.
During law school, Shaun was a production editor for the Columbia Business Law Review, a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Moot Court and an elected member of the Student Senate. Shaun is a commissioned infantry officer with the Singapore Armed Forces and holds the rank of Lieutenant.
