Shelby is a paralegal in the emerging companies practice group and a member of Cooley’s business department. Shelby focuses on general corporate transactions, and works with emerging and high-growth companies through various stages of their corporate life cycle. Her experience includes a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including initial company formations, private equity financings and mergers & acquisitions.
