She has extensive experience counseling corporations, private equity and hedge funds on warehouse facilities, securitizations, synthetic investments through swaps, repurchase agreements and credit-linked instruments, over-the-counter derivatives, cryptocurrency trading, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) derivatives regulation.
