Sri Ravipati

Sri practices general corporate and securities law, advising clients through all stages of the company life cycle – including venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions and initial public offerings. She also represents venture capital firms and other institutional investors in the life sciences and technology sectors. 

While attending Boston University School of Law, Sri interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance. She also worked as a student attorney in the Boston University (BU)/Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Startup Law Clinic, where she advised student clients on legal issues faced by startups. Additionally, Sri was a member of the Journal of Science & Technology Law.
