Stephanie focuses on resource development, knowledge management and practice innovation for Cooley’s public companies practice group, with an emphasis on advising on trends and developments at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Before joining Cooley, Stephanie practiced corporate and securities law at Dorsey & Whitney and Hughes Media Law Group.
