Stephanie Leigh

Stephanie is a paralegal specialist in the Cooley business department. She joined Cooley in March 1998, and is resident in the San Diego office. Stephanie specializes in corporate and securities matters, including private securities transactions, public company compliance matters, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and compliance issues.

She received a BA in Political Science at Point Loma Nazarene University and a paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego.
