Stephanie McFarland

Stephanie is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She advises both private and public companies at all stages of their life cycle.

While attending Boston University School of Law, Stephanie served as a note editor or the Journal of Science and Technology, while also being a student attorney for both the Wrongful Convictions Clinic and the Compassionate Release Practicum. She was also involved in and held leadership positions in the Women’s Law Association and the Women of Color Collaborative.
