Susan Mobley

Susan Mobley is a paralegal specialist in the trademark, copyright and advertising practice group.

Prior to joining Cooley, Susan was the intellectual property manager at Visa International in San Francisco, where her responsibilities included US trademark clearance and prosecution and foreign trademark clearance and prosecution in 200+ countries, as well as administration and maintenance of the company's patent program.

Prior to working at Visa, she was the IP administrator for NeXT Software in Redwood City, California, focusing on trademark clearance, prosecution, policing and collateral review, as well as administration and maintenance of the company's patent program.

Prior to joining NeXT Software, Susan worked as a senior paralegal with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California, where she handled trademarks and IP litigation.
