Sydney Sawyier

Sydney is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice, where she counsels clients on a range of matters, with an emphasis on equity capital markets transactions and cross-border mergers & acquisitions. She advises various companies across multiple industries, including technology, financial, consumer and manufacturing. Prior to joining Cooley, Sydney was an associate in the London office of Clifford Chance.
