About Terren
Terren represents public and private emerging companies in general corporate and transactional matters. She assists clients with corporate, governance, securities, licensing and contractual matters, as well as capital markets and M&A transactional matters – often working with companies from inception through initial public offering and beyond. Terren also works with leading venture capital firms on their investment transactions.
Before joining Cooley, Terren served as a law clerk to Judge Marilyn L. Huff of the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
While attending Duke Law School, Terren served as an associate editor for the Law and Contemporary Problems journal.
