About Tiffany

Tiffany assists clients in all stages of their life cycle with their commercial, technology and intellectual property (IP) transactions. She has experience drafting commercial, IP and technology-related agreements. She also advises clients on a wide range of commercial transactions – including mergers & acquisitions, IP licensing, strategic investments and technology development.

Before becoming a technology transactions attorney, Tiffany was a software application engineer at a large cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) company.
