About Tiffany
Tiffany handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state court. She has experience with trade secret, business tort, contract dispute, and shareholder and securities litigation. Her clients include innovators in industries ranging from venture capital to pharmaceuticals to cybersecurity to blockchain technology. Tiffany also maintains a robust pro bono practice, focusing her efforts on immigration.
During law school, Tiffany participated in the California Asylum Representation Clinic, where she advocated for asylum-seekers. She also served as co-editor in chief of the Asian American Law Journal. Upon graduation, Tiffany received a Business Law Certificate in addition to her JD.
