Tim Pitrelli

Tim is a partner in the firm’s capital markets practice in Singapore. Before joining Cooley, he was an executive director and senior counsel in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs in Singapore. Tim has significant experience in IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other regional and international cross-border transactions, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.

Tim’s practice focuses on IPOs, follow-on offerings and other complex transactions involving issuers with operations in Asia, including China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, as well as in the US, the UK and Europe. Prior to his tenure at Goldman, Tim was a Singapore-based assistant general counsel and director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and an associate at Latham & Watkins in their US and Singapore offices. He earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and his JD from the University of Texas at Austin. He is admitted to practice in New York.
