Tom James

Tom practices general corporate and securities law, representing public and private companies. He represents clients throughout the business life cycle in matters including formation, financing, public offerings and corporate governance.

During law school, Tom was involved with Berkeley Law’s Queer Caucus and served as an articles editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, in which he also published a student note.
