About Toye
Toye focuses her practice on general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, venture capital funds and public companies. She advises technology and life sciences companies through various stages of the business life cycle in matters ranging from corporate governance and venture capital financings to M&A and initial public offerings.
While attending Georgetown Law, Toye served as a student attorney in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic. She also was a member of the Black Law Students Association and the Women of Color Collective.
