About Trevor
Trevor focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement actions and investigations. He counsels companies and individuals in high-stakes disputes related to securities, M&A, digital assets, cybersecurity and data privacy. Trevor has represented a wide variety of clients, including innovative technology and life sciences companies and major financial institutions.
Trevor received his JD from Cornell Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude, was elected to the Order of the Coif and was an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review. While at Cornell, Trevor served as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing course, and he taught college-level classes to incarcerated individuals through the Cornell Prison Education Program. Before joining Cooley, Trevor served as a law clerk to Judge P. Kevin Castel of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
