Victoria Anderson

Victoria Anderson manages the many risk and compliance inquiries into the UK and is a member of Cooley's general counsel office. She handles all areas of legal and regulatory compliance including conflicts, AML, sanctions, confidentiality issues, share dealing, data protection, Bribery Act procedures, and SRA Code of Conduct compliance.

Victoria is also involved in the drafting of London terms of engagement and managing outside counsel guidelines.
