About Wade
Wade is a special counsel focusing on general corporate law.
During law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Wade was a member of the Order of the Coif and a recipient of CALI awards for insurance law, California civil procedure, and federal income taxation. He was also a member of the Hastings Law Journal.
