Wenlan Geng

Wenlan focuses her practice on venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters. She has represented clients across Asia and the US in various industries, including life sciences, healthcare, technology and manufacturing.

Before joining Cooley, Wenlan was an associate at the New York and Shanghai offices of two top international law firms.

Wenlan is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
