Wouter Deleersnyder

Wouter Deleersnyder focuses his practice on the representation of issuers and underwriters across a variety of public and private capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, debt offerings, tender offers and more. Wouter also advises public companies on general corporate matters, including SEC reporting and corporate governance.

Before joining Cooley, Wouter was a director and regulatory advisor at BNP Paribas (NY).

Wouter is fluent in English and Dutch and proficient in French.
