Xinwei Li

Xinwei Li assists her clients at all stages of their corporate lifecycles, from initial company formation and day-to-day general corporate governance matters, through early and late stage venture financings and exit opportunities including mergers and acquisitions. She also represents venture capital investors in financing transactions in the US, Europe and Asia.

While attending law school, Xinwei served as the vice president of the Harvard China Law Association and an editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. Xinwei also worked at United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
