Zach Sisko represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters and arbitrations, including insurance coverage litigation, securities litigation and regulatory investigations, and intellectual property disputes.
Representative matters include:
- Represented a global pharmaceutical company in arbitration against international contract manufacturing organization arising out of manufacturing dispute, resulting in favorable settlement
- Represented higher education institution in arbitration arising out of insurance coverage dispute
- Represented biopharmaceutical company in multiple proceedings, including regulatory investigation and securities litigation
- Represented late-stage life sciences company in securities litigation in New York state court
- Represented education technology company in arbitration-related proceedings in California state court
- Assisted with drafting and filing of multiple amici briefs in various federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Southern District of New York
Prior to joining Cooley, Zach served as a judicial intern for both the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman and the Honorable Denise S. Casper of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While attending Boston University School of Law, he served as the Senior Article Editor of the Boston University Law Review, was a member of the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic and competed in the Edward C. Stone Moot Court Competition.
