About Zander
Alexander 'Zander' Olsson practices corporate and securities law. Zander represents emerging and high growth companies and their investors throughout all stages of the business life cycle. His practice covers a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, organization, and governance, venture capital financings, complex business transactions, M&A and public company disclosure matters.
Prior to joining Cooley, Zander was a corporate associate with Perkins Coie in Palo Alto, California.
While attending University of California’s Hastings College of the Law, Zander served as an editor of the Hastings Law Journal. In law school, he received the Albert G. Evans Scholarship in Private Enterprise for his article analyzing the regulatory compliance strategies of the ridesharing industry.
