Zixiang Liu

Zixiang Liu focuses his practice on venture capital, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions transactions, particularly in renewable energy, medical, and technology industries.  He counsels multinational companies on general corporate matters and serves as trusted advisor for growth-stage emerging companies, their venture capital investors, and other institutions.

Zixiang is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
