Represent clients before multiple regulatory agencies, including the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration and the Department of State

Counsel aviation clients related to antitrust concerns, as well as designed and implemented antitrust and competition policy compliance programs

Assist airlines in commercial arrangements unique to the airline industry, including flying, ground handling, maintenance, supply and intellectual property arrangements

Successfully secured the first 8 exemptions allowing clients to commercially operate UAVs

Counsel on compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by the FAA, federal, state and local agencies, including preparing and obtaining Section 333 exemptions, Certificates of Waiver or Authorization and Special Airworthiness Certificates

Team is actively involved with industry trade associations, such as the Airlines for America, the National Business Aviation Association, the National Air Carriers Association and the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International
