Cooley advised the underwriters on Smart Share Global’s $150 million initial public offering of 17,650,000 American Depositary Shares. Goldman Sachs, Citigroup Global Markets  and China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) Limited acted as joint bookrunners and for the offering. Smart Share Global, whose securities now trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol EM, is a consumer tech company providing mobile device charging service. Partners Will Cai, Michael Yu and David Peinsipp led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to the development of immuno-oncology therapies, on its HK$319 million initial public offering.

Cooley advised Gracell Biotechnologies, a global clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative and highly efficacious cell therapies for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases, on its private placement financing of up to $150 million.
