Event summary

Applicable to all industries, this session will cover how government leadership transitions affect business. The session will highlight critical elements of transition periods, including anticipated regulatory shifts and strategies to manage uncertainty. Updates from key government agencies – including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) – will be discussed. The session also will provide an overview of the Congressional Review Act’s power to jettison a prior administration’s regulations through a majority vote and potential areas of congressional investigation.
