Bitdeer Announces Merger With Blue Safari

Singapore and Hong Kong – April 14, 2023 – Cooley advised Bitdeer Technologies Holding Company, a world-leading technology company for the cryptocurrency mining community, on its business combination with Blue Safari Group Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company.

Bitdeer and Blue Safari completed the business combination on April 13, 2023, which valued Bitdeer at an implied equity value of $1.18 billion. The combined company – Bitdeer Technologies Group –commenced trading on Nasdaq on April 14, 2023, with its ordinary shares listed under the new ticker symbol BTDR.
