DHC Acquisition Corp. Combines With Brand Engagement Network

New York – September 7, 2023 – Cooley advised DHC Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, on its proposed business combination with Brand Engagement Network (BEN), a provider of personalized customer engagement artificial intelligence technology. Partners Yvan-Claude Pierre, Peter Byrne and Kevin Cooper led the Cooley team advising DHC.

The proposed business combination is expected to close as soon as the fourth quarter of 2023 and will provide BEN with improved access to new sources of capital, accelerate M&A opportunities, and fund growth initiatives and development of the core solution portfolio.
