Cooley Wins Two California Legal Awards for Litigation

Firm M&A chair shortlisted for Attorney of the Year

Palo Alto – September 29, 2023 – Cooley has been recognized with two California Legal Awards based on the work of its litigation practices. The firm was named the overall winner in the Litigation category, as well as the winner in the Privacy category, in The Recorder’s annual On the Radar award series.

The publication also named Barbara Borden, partner and co-chair of Cooley’s mergers & acquisitions practice, as a finalist for Attorney of the Year.

The Recorder’s On the Radar award series recognizes law firms representing tech sector clients based on analysis of data reported by Law.com Radar. Winners are selected based on the volume and significance of matters handled for top technology companies by California legal teams.

The ceremony honoring all winners and finalists will be held on November 2, 2023, in San Francisco.
