Cooley Advises Life360 on $178.5 Million IPO

Los Angeles – June 7, 2024 – Cooley advised Life360, a family connection and safety company, on its $178.5 million initial public offering (IPO). Lawyers Thomas Hopkins, David Peinsipp, Siana Lowrey, Natalie Karam and Alexander Gefter led the Cooley team advising Life360.

Life360 offered and sold 6,612,500 shares of common stock at an IPO price of $27 per share – 3,703,704 of which were sold by Life360 and 2,908,796 of which were sold by certain selling securityholders, including the exercise by the underwriters of an option to purchase an additional 862,500 shares of common stock from the selling securityholders at the IPO price. Life360’s common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 6, 2024, under the ticker symbol LIF.

Goldman Sachs & Co., Evercore Group and UBS Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company acted as an additional book-running manager for the offering. Canaccord Genuity, Citizens JMP Securities and Loop Capital Markets acted as co-managers for the offering.
