New York – July 25, 2024 – Cooley advised Summer Fridays, a clean, premium skincare and hybrid makeup brand, on its strategic growth investment from TSG Consumer Partners, a top private equity firm. Summer Fridays’ two co-founders, Marianna Hewitt and Lauren Ireland, will retain a significant stake and, along with the rest of the company’s management team, will continue to lead the company.
This investment will support Summer Fridays’ growth initiatives while maintaining its core brand and products, and it will help position the company for continued product development, brand building and geographic expansion.

Cooley previously advised Summer Fridays on its Series A financing in 2019 and Series A-1 financing in 2021.
