BlackSignal Technologies Announces $200 Million Sale to Parsons
Reston – July 30, 2024 – Cooley advised BlackSignal Technologies, a digital signal processing and electronic warfare company delivering advanced processing capabilities in support of national security, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Parsons Corporation in an accretive deal valued at $200 million. BlackSignal is a portfolio company of private equity fund, Razor's Edge. The transaction is expected to close in August 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
