A Cooley intellectual property litigation team earned a shoutout on The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout-Outs list for securing a preliminary injunction in favor of its client, the City and County of San Francisco, prohibiting the Port of Oakland from using the name “San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport.”

The team includes partners Bobby Ghajar and John Hemann, special counsel Judd Lauter, and associates Ryan Stevens and Jessica Williams.
