About Andrew
Andrew is a business lawyer and adviser who works with high-growth, disruptive private companies through all stages of their life cycle, from formation to exit. His practice focuses on counseling clients on incorporation and organizational matters and corporate governance and strategy and leading them through a variety of transactions, including angel, seed, venture capital and growth equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly counsels venture capital funds and other institutional investors regarding their investments and other portfolio company matters.
Before joining Cooley, Andrew was an associate in the corporate group of a global law firm headquartered in California. While at The George Washington University Law School, he was a member of The George Washington Law Review. During law school, Andrew also interned at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC.
