About Ariane
Ariane works with late-stage private, newly public and mature public companies clients to design, negotiate, implement, and maintain a broad array of executive compensation arrangements – including equity-based, change-in-control and other incentive compensation plans, executive employment and separation agreements, and severance and deferred compensation plans.
Ariane also assists companies in preparing compensation-related disclosures for Securities and Exchange Commission filings, taking into consideration both the complex regulatory requirements and proxy advisory firm guidelines. In addition, Ariane counsels clients across all life stages of their businesses in managing the compensation and benefits-related aspects of corporate transactions.
