She represents individuals and companies in high-stakes commercial disputes in a wide range of areas – including securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, contractual disputes and tort claims. Bingxin also frequently represents individuals and companies in internal investigations and criminal and regulatory matters involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She has represented public and private companies across a variety of industries.
