Bingxin Wu

Bingxin focuses on resource and knowledge management for the securities litigation + enforcement and white collar defense and investigations practice groups. In this role, she is responsible for leading knowledge management initiatives, generating thought leadership, and advising on current issues and developments in securities litigation and government investigations. Before serving in this role, she was an associate in Cooley’s business litigation group, representing individuals and companies in high-stakes commercial disputes and government investigations.
