Colette regularly litigates in federal court in disputes involving trademarks, copyrights and false advertising, and she has worked closely with her team to aggressively and favorably position clients for summary judgment, trial or settlement. She also has experience representing clients in trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). In addition to the above, Colette provides intellectual property guidance on corporate transactions, such as M&A, venture capital financings and initial public offerings (IPOs).
