As a counselor and litigator, Donna represents employers in all aspects of employment law – including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, leaves of absence, employee separations, disability accommodations, the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and classification. She also has experience representing employers against wage claims before the California Labor Commissioner’s Office. Additionally, Donna drafts and reviews a variety of employment-related policies and agreements – including with regard to executive compensation, terminations, arbitration and proprietary information.
