About Donna
As a counselor and litigator, Donna represents employers in all aspects of employment law – including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, leaves of absence, employee separations, disability accommodations, the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and classification. She also has experience representing employers against wage claims before the California Labor Commissioner’s Office. Additionally, Donna drafts and reviews a variety of employment-related policies and agreements – including with regard to executive compensation, terminations, arbitration and proprietary information.
Donna maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented survivors of human trafficking as they sought vacatur relief of their criminal records, as well as asylum applicants seeking refuge in the US.
Before joining Cooley, Donna served as a law clerk to Judge Fernando M. Olguin of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
