Edmond Lay

Edmond’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and public offerings. He has broad experience representing public and private life science and technology companies in a wide range of sectors, including biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical through all stages of development from formation to exit. In addition, Edmond works with numerous venture capital firms in connection with their investments in emerging growth companies.

Prior to attending law school, Edmond was a legal assistant in a boutique tenant rights law firm in San Francisco and a lien representative for a legal services company in connection with Workers' Compensation Appeals Board hearings.
