She has provided advice to domestic and foreign debtors, creditors’ committees, individual creditors (both secured and unsecured), court-appointed examiners and third-party purchasers of distressed assets. She is well versed in representing clients in cases involving debtors in the financial services, pharmaceutical, telecom, aerospace, energy and real estate sectors.
