Gaël Y. Hagan

Gaël counsels clients on complex M&A transactions. He partners with his clients’ boards of directors and executive leadership teams to help them achieve their desired commercial outcomes. Gaël’s clients include public and private companies across a range of industries, including tech, life sciences, digital media, consumer products and professional sports teams.

Gaël also does pro bono work for the Korey Wise Innocence Project at the University of Colorado Law School.

Before joining Cooley, he was an associate at two international law firms in New York City.
