About Greg
Greg is a founding partner of Cooley’s Chicago office and the co-head of the Chicago corporate group. He primarily works with emerging companies, venture capital funds, multinational corporations and family offices. Greg advises these clients on topics including entity formation, venture studies, day-to-day business matters, boards of directors’ governance, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions, fund formation, corporate venture capital, and joint ventures.
