Mariah focuses her practice on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and technology matters. She advises clients at all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, deposition preparation, motion practice, trial and appeals. She also has an active pro bono practice. Before joining Cooley, Mariah was a law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Rowland of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
